Scales For You

I bought a new Vita-Mix.  If you’re not familiar with it, it’s like a blender only much stronger.  It is like a miracle worker.  You can make soup in it ready to eat.  A recipe book came with it and I noticed that it lists mL amounts along with cups, etc.  Like most other people, I would assume, I need to save time in the kitchen, so I started doing a little research. 

I found that Escali makes a scale that can measure in milliliters as well as pounds, ounces, grams, etc.  It has the Tare feature that will allow you to reset the scale to zero after each ingredient is added.  I believe I can set the container from my Vita-Mix on the scale, add each ingredient, and only have one dish to wash from my recipe.  I can hardly wait to get my liquid measuring scale from www.holladaypartners.com
